For over a decade Ruha has been involved in building companies that were committed to applying collaboration to enable businesses and organizations to create positive impact and solve complex problems. Some of the companies projects have been highlighted by UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, the White House and has won the World Bank 2011 Sustainable Development project of the year.
In her present venture, Ruha is focusing her work on Human-Centered Innovation which applies collaborative practice but goes beyond by employing a diversity of different human-centric approaches and methodologies while applying entrepreneurial thinking and practice in the endeavor to actively foster a culture of innovation in teams, organizations and society which in turn contributes to collective advancement and prosperity.
